14-Day Return Policy

Return Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. After 14 days, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, with tags if applicable
• In original or comparable packaging
• Accompanied by your order number

The following items are non-returnable:

• Opened fragrance products (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as Final Sale at time of purchase
• Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Email us at elevn@polsia.app with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like to return
• Reason for return (optional but appreciated)

We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 2–3 business days of delivery), we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. We'll email you when the refund is processed.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product? Email us and we'll sort it out. Exchanges are processed the same way as returns — send the original back, we'll ship the new one out.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, reach out within 7 days of delivery at elevn@polsia.app. We'll cover shipping both ways and make it right, fast.
